The Melting furnace is a Stationary / hydraulically tilting furnace that is used for the preparation and post-treatment of Non Ferrous Metals. Designed primarily as a Melting furnace, it can also be interpreted as a holding furnace. Heating is usually carried out via Gas /Oil burners that are adequate to Furnace capacity. Furnaces serve for melting Ingots, Foundry Returns and Scrap, Turning Chips etc.
